We are committed to providing clear, upfront information about appointment costs. The following fees apply to all Clear Focus ADHD Clinic appointments.

Fees are payable at the time of your appointment. EFTPOS is available at the clinic. The clinic does not currently offer bulk billing.
Medicare rebate
A Medicare rebate may be available for eligible patients for each appointment. Medicare eligibility depends on your individual circumstances and the applicable Medicare Benefits Schedule (MBS) item number used for your consultation.

Your appointment is 40 minutes; the Medicare rebate reflects the doctor consultation component.

A Medicare rebate may apply to both Session 1 and Session 2, subject to eligibility. You will need a valid Medicare card to claim any available rebate. Rebate processing depends on your Medicare details and billing arrangements.
Medicare rebate eligibility and amounts can change. The applicable rebate amount for your specific appointment will be confirmed at the time of billing. For current Medicare information, please refer to Services Australia and MBS Online.
Mental Health Care Plans (MHCP)
If psychological therapy forms part of your ongoing care, a Mental Health Care Plan can be discussed with your regular GP. Clear Focus ADHD Clinic does not currently prepare Mental Health Care Plans as part of the assessment process.
Non-attendance and cancellation policy
A non-attendance fee of $200 applies if you do not attend your scheduled appointment without providing adequate notice. All appointments must be confirmed at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. If you do not confirm within this window, your appointment may be released to another patient. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact the clinic with at least 24 hours' notice to avoid the non-attendance fee.
Concession card holders
The appointment fee is the same for all patients regardless of concession card status. If you have concerns about the cost of accessing assessment, please contact the clinic to discuss your circumstances.
