About Clear Focus ADHD Clinic
Clear Focus ADHD Clinic is a GP-led adult ADHD assessment and management service in Morayfield, Queensland. We exist because structured, adult-focused ADHD assessment was hard to access in the Moreton Bay region — and we wanted to change that.
Meet Dr. Jeremy So
Founder, Clear Focus ADHD Clinic | General Practitioner | MBBS (University of Queensland), FRACGP
Anxiety, depression, sleep difficulties, learning differences, and the accumulated effects of years of unrecognised symptoms are frequently part of the clinical picture. His assessments take this complexity seriously — exploring the full context of a person’s history and circumstances, not just a checklist of symptoms.
Dr Jeremy works within Health Hub Morayfield as part of an integrated primary care team. This means patients benefit from coordinated, shared-care arrangements — with a summary letter sent to the regular GP after every assessment, and any investigations required (such as blood tests or an ECG) able to be coordinated within the same facility.

- AHPRA Good Medical Practice standards
- Queensland Health prescribing requirements for Schedule 8 medications

ADHD is not diagnosed for everyone who is assessed. A thorough, evidence-based process means the outcome reflects the clinical picture — whatever that is.
