If you are an adult who has lived with unexplained difficulties in attention, organisation, impulsivity, or emotional regulation, a structured assessment may help you understand your experience and explore your options.
Clear Focus ADHD Clinic offers face-to-face adult ADHD assessment and ongoing GP-led care in Morayfield.
Our process is delivered over two structured appointments — each 30 minutes — using standardised clinical tools and questionnaires. There is no referral required to make a booking.
No referral required.
Self-referrals and referrals from GPs, allied health, or other treating clinicians are all welcome. A medical summary from your regular GP, if available, is helpful to bring to your first appointment.

Founder, Clear Focus ADHD Clinic
Dr. Jeremy So is a General Practitioner in adult ADHD and community mental health. He founded Clear Focus ADHD Clinic to bring structured, evidence-based adult ADHD assessment to the Moreton Bay region — without the need for a referral or a trip to metropolitan Brisbane.

Dr. Jeremy takes a person-centred approach — because no two presentations of ADHD are the same, and no care plan should be either.
How the assessment process works
The Clear Focus ADHD assessment is completed over two face-to-face appointments.The sessions are structured and use standardised clinical tools in accordancewith current Australian ADHD guidelines.
Session 1 — Assessment
30 minutes | Face-to-face
Symptom history, medical and mental health background, standardised questionnaires, and clinical examination where indicated.
Session 2 — Diagnosis & Plan
30 minutes | Face-to-face
Review of assessment findings, discussion of diagnostic outcomes, and a personalised care plan tailored to your circumstances and goals.
Sessions are typically scheduled a few weeks apart to allow time to complete any relevant questionnaires, gather collateral information, and conduct any investigations that may be clinically indicated.
Is this service right for you?
Clear Focus ADHD Clinic is a GP-based adult ADHD service.
The clinic is designed for:
- Adults aged 18 and older who have not previously been assessed for ADHD
- Adults aged 16–17 who are transitioning from paediatric care (please discuss eligibility when booking)
- Adults who have received an ADHD diagnosis and are seeking ongoing GP-led management and support
- Adults who are currently under the care of a psychiatrist or psychologist and require a coordinated GP component to their care
This is a face-to-face service only. Telehealth appointments are not currently available for assessment sessions. Parts of the assessment may include a physical examination or investigations (such as blood tests or an ECG) where clinically indicated.
